We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Client Success Manager (CSM) to be the linchpin between our clients and our development teams.In this key role, you will be the primary relationship owner focused on ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our embedded resources. You'll facilitate seamless integration, act as the main communication bridge for operational matters, gather crucial feedback, and proactively ensure client satisfaction with Ravn personnel.

What You'll Do
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and internal advocate.
Proactively monitor client health, satisfaction, and engagement to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance, strategic alignment, and future needs.
Must be fluent in English in both speaking and writing to communicate clearly and professionally with clients globally.
⚙️ Operational Coordination
Work closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to coordinate the operations of the embedded development teams.
Ensure that client expectations regarding scope, timeline, quality, and deliverables are clearly defined, communicated, and met by our teams.
Liaise with internal Ravn managers (Engineering, Design, QA) to relay feedback and support resource performance and development
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients and development teams.
Support assigned Ravn team members, ensuring they have what they need to succeed within the client's context.
Handle client escalations, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
🌱 Growth and Strategy
Identify opportunities for additional services or team expansion within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on strategic planning to drive customer retention and increase lifetime value.
Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for our product, development, and operational teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus or proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management role, ideally within a technology, custom software, or agency environment.
Proven ability to build strong, lasting client relationships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English—a non-negotiable requirement for interacting with our international client base.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Experience coordinating team logistics or resources is a plus.
Nice to haves:
Experience specifically within a staff augmentation or IT consulting model
A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with technical teams (e.g., developers, product managers).
Familiarity with CRM or client management software.
Location:
This position is open to candidates based anywhere in Latin America and is fully remote. Candidates located near our offices in Arequipa, Peru or San Salvador, El Salvador have the option to work in a hybrid in-office/remote arrangement. While office attendance is not mandatory, regular or occasional visits to the office is valued.
