Ravn helped How We Feel, a 2024 Apple Design Award finalist built with Yale's Center for Emotional Intelligence, bring its emotional well-being app to Android and reach a broader audience.
The Challenge
After a successful iOS launch, How We Feel set its sights on Android to reach a broader audience. A strong Android presence was critical to awareness and engagement. To accelerate the expansion, they partnered with Ravn to streamline development and deliver high-quality results, setting the stage for broader adoption and growth.
The Solution.
Ravn engineers supported the Android app's architecture and development, managing priorities on a dedicated board in lockstep with the client. As the team structure evolved, Ravn adapted while holding a high bar for code quality and proactively modernizing coding practices. QA onboarded quickly, mapping feature flows, building comprehensive test cases, and consistently supporting a fast two-week release cycle while remaining a trusted, adaptable partner through changing scope.
